Tutti Frutti Cake

A delightful blend of dried fruits in every bite, treat yourself to a slice of pure fruity bliss with Tutti Frutti cake !
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 cup lukewarm milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup plus 1 tbsp maida
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup tutti frutti
- 1/8 cup mixed dry fruit
Directions:
- In a bowl add vinegar & warm milk, then add oil and mix well.
- Add powdered sugar and mix well.
- Then add maida, salt, baking powder and soda and make lump free batter.
- Transfer the batter into a 6-inch tin and garnish with tutti frutti and dry fruits.
- Bake at 180°C in Air fryer Oven for 20 to 25 minutes, then demould once it cools down.
- Your Tutti Frutti Cake is ready.
