Tutti Frutti Cake

A delightful blend of dried fruits in every bite, treat yourself to a slice of pure fruity bliss with Tutti Frutti cake !

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 cup lukewarm milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup plus 1 tbsp maida
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup tutti frutti
  • 1/8 cup mixed dry fruit

Directions:

  1. In a bowl add vinegar & warm milk, then add oil and mix well.
  2. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
  3. Then add maida, salt, baking powder and soda and make lump free batter.
  4. Transfer the batter into a 6-inch tin and garnish with tutti frutti and dry fruits.
  5. Bake at 180°C in Air fryer Oven for 20 to 25 minutes, then demould once it cools down.
  6. Your Tutti Frutti Cake is ready.
