Vegetable Cheese Cutlet

Indulge in the magic of veggies and cheese embracing in perfect harmony within these delicious cutlets.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled & Mashed/Grated Potatoes
  • Chopped Onion
  • Chopped Carrot
  • Grated Cabbage
  • Chopped Beetroot
  • Chopped Green Chillies
  • Salt
  • Chaat Masala
  • Chilli Flakes/Red Chilli Powder
  • Black Salt
  • Black Pepper Powder
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Rice Flour/Corn flour
  • Mozzarella Cheese/Any Cheese
  • Oil

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine boiled & mashed/grated potatoes, chopped onion, chopped carrot, grated cabbage, chopped beetroot, chopped green chillies, and chopped coriander Leaves.
  2. Add salt, chaat masala, chilli flakes/red chilli powder, black salt, and black pepper Powder to the veggie mix.
  3. Mix all the ingredients well until the veggies are coated with the seasonings.
  4. Add a small amount of rice flour or corn flour to bind the mixture and mix well.
  5. Take a portion of the vegetable mixture and flatten it in your hand, place a small cube of Mozzarella Cheese (or any cheese of your choice) in the center.
  6. Enclose the cheese with the veggie mixture and shape it into a cutlet or patty.
  7. Roll the shaped cutlet in Bread Crumbs to coat it evenly.
  8. Preheat your air fryer at 180°C for 5 Minutes.
  9. Place the coated cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding and air fry at 180°C for 10 Minutes.
  10. Once cooked remove the cutlets from the air fryer and enjoy your delicious and cheesy vegetable cutlets that are filled with flavours and textures.
