Zingy Paneer Parcel

Elevate your taste experience with the zesty kick and creamy indulgence of these Paneer Parcels.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Warm Water
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Dry Yeast
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Salt, as per taste
  • 100g Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt, as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Butter

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine Warm Water, Sugar, and Dry Yeast. Let it sit for a few minutes until the yeast is activated and frothy.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour, Oregano, Chilli Flakes, Oil, Salt, and the activated yeast mixture.
  3. Mix and knead to form a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for about an hour, allowing it to rise.
  4. In a bowl, crumble the Paneer (Cottage Cheese).
  5. Add Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Garam Masala, and Kasuri Methi. Mix well to combine.
  6. Divide the dough into smaller portions, roll out each portion into a small circle.
  7. Place a portion of the paneer filling on one half of the rolled-out dough circle.
  8. Spread some Pizza Sauce and Mayonnaise over the paneer filling.
  9. Fold the other half of the dough over the filling to create a semi-circle shape.
  10. Use a fork or your fingers to press and seal the edges of the parcel.
  11. Preheat your Air fryer to 190°C for 5 Minutes.
  12. Place the assembled paneer parcels in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding.
  13. Air fry the paneer parcels at 190°C for about 5 minutes, flip or shake the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  14. Once cooked, brush the tops of the parcels with melted Butter for a glossy finish.
