Zingy Paneer Parcel

Elevate your taste experience with the zesty kick and creamy indulgence of these Paneer Parcels.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Warm Water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Dry Yeast
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 2 tsp Oil
- Salt, as per taste
- 100g Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt, as per taste
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
- Pizza Sauce
- Mayonnaise
- Butter
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine Warm Water, Sugar, and Dry Yeast. Let it sit for a few minutes until the yeast is activated and frothy.
- In a mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour, Oregano, Chilli Flakes, Oil, Salt, and the activated yeast mixture.
- Mix and knead to form a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for about an hour, allowing it to rise.
- In a bowl, crumble the Paneer (Cottage Cheese).
- Add Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Garam Masala, and Kasuri Methi. Mix well to combine.
- Divide the dough into smaller portions, roll out each portion into a small circle.
- Place a portion of the paneer filling on one half of the rolled-out dough circle.
- Spread some Pizza Sauce and Mayonnaise over the paneer filling.
- Fold the other half of the dough over the filling to create a semi-circle shape.
- Use a fork or your fingers to press and seal the edges of the parcel.
- Preheat your Air fryer to 190°C for 5 Minutes.
- Place the assembled paneer parcels in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding.
- Air fry the paneer parcels at 190°C for about 5 minutes, flip or shake the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once cooked, brush the tops of the parcels with melted Butter for a glossy finish.
